Use of Services

Payments and Billing
At Leadwayz, our commitment to clarity and fairness guides our payment and billing procedures. By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding payments, billing cycles, renewals, and cancellations.
Subscription Fees and Payment Process: Leadwayz operates on a subscription basis, with fees varying according to the selected plan. These fees are billed monthly, with charges made to the payment method you provide at the time of your subscription or as updated by you thereafter. It is your responsibility to ensure that all payment information is current and accurate to avoid service interruptions.
Billing Cycle: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. The charge for the subscription plan you choose will occur at the beginning of each billing cycle. This process is automated, and your chosen payment method will be charged automatically to ensure continuous access to our services.
Renewals: Your Leadwayz subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle, ensuring uninterrupted service. If you wish to modify or cancel your subscription, such changes must be made before the billing cycle renews to avoid charges for the next cycle.
Cancellations: You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time. To do so, you must complete the cancellation process before the start of the next billing cycle to avoid further charges. Upon cancellation, your access to the services will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds: We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. However, all payments made to Leadwayz are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods or unutilized services, except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these terms.
Changes to Fees: Leadwayz reserves the right to adjust subscription fees or to introduce new charges at any time, upon reasonable notice to you, which may be sent by email or posted on our website. Such adjustments will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following the notice.
By subscribing to Leadwayz, you agree to these payment and billing terms, which are designed to ensure a smooth and transparent transaction process. Your continued use of our services confirms your acceptance of these terms, as well as any changes or modifications that may be made in the future.
